To whom it may concern,
I just wanted to write and say thank you for the services your company
provided me some weeks back. I was relieved when no doors had to be
removed to get my armchair in and out of my former residence, as was
the case when I used the services of an international removals
company to move into that address. A big company doesn't guarantee
brains and I need to know that the people handling my things know
what they are doing. You're staff were good humoured and careful and
I was very relieved and grateful.
